Retranslate
Retranslate will set all fragments to translate=yes, even though there is a translation available. Retranslate can be used for example when a really bad translation needs to be retranslated.

The fragments that are manually set to translate=no will keep that setting and not be translated. |
Login as: System administrator

Follow the ordinary procedure when sending for translation.
